1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the application.
2. License & Service Description
The App is a mobile application developed to provide useful features and services on your mobile device. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on supported personal devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes
- Ensure you have the right and authority to access any data, files, or media managed through the App
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the application without explicit authorization
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and platform regulations
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer premium features, optional subscriptions, or one-time purchases:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle
- Your account will be billed for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store Account Settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, if applicable
5. Advertising & Third-Party Content
The App may display third-party advertisements or provide links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party advertisements or external websites.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, trademarks, software, UI design, logos, graphics, and intellectual property relating to the App remain the exclusive property of App Developer and its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall App Developer or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
